From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

I am a student pilot for aviator zone who came in to solo and do pattern work. All my documents were inspected in order to go out and solo. I went out, did my usual preflight checklist, made sure oil and fuel was good. Inspected the plane thoroughly and everything was good. Taxied out to runway 27L via d. did 1 full stop taxi back and then 4 touch and goes. My landings were good but my last landing before going out again and coming for a full stop was a bit hard. After I was coming in for a full stop, making it my 6th and final landing. I landed firmly, slightly hard, slightly loaded to the left, and as I proceeded to taxi out D5, the left strut was bending in on itself and I had to stop in the middle of runway 27L. ATC contacted me, asked if I needed assistance, I told them yes and that I was stopped on the runway. They informed me that county and fire rescue was coming out to see me. There was no fire, I was able to shut the engine off and there was leakage from the fuel vent from the left wing since it was tilted down. Miami dade and fire rescue came to the scene, asked if I was ok, Miami dade took my information down, they asked for my id, student pilot license, and medical certificate which I gave to them. After the mechanics came, they were able to get the plane off the runway and back to the school. I went with them and they brought me back to the school. When I was in the school, I wrote an internal safety report, and the FAA came to speak with me, checked my log book for endorsements, asked for my information and told me to write them a report.

8020-9, N903AZ landing roll on rwy 27L, incurred a left main gear collapse abeam twy D5, and subsequently a fuel spill. Pilot reported no injuries. County was called to assist. Alert 3 was then initiated.

At approximately 1230 local time FAA responded to the scene AD assessed damage to aircraft. Damage was classified as minor. No injuries, 1 soul on board. The cmt of the flight was notified for follow up action.
