From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Aircraft landed on runway 11. When on the ground during the landing roll PIC intended to retract the flaps and inadvertently retracted the landing gear. Aircraft gear retracted causing dual prop strikes, and underside damage. Aircraft slid off the right side of the runway, ending up having rotated right, almost 180 degrees in refrence to the runway, down a ditch. The outer portion of the left hand wing was substansially damaged when it made contact with the terrain. Left hand landing gear was also impacted upwards through the left hand wing.
