What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
The pilot reported he experienced a strong veer to the left after landing on runway 16 and the plane ran into the grass between the runway and taxiway bravo. There was a helicopter hovering over taxiway bravo to the left, so he applied right rudder and power to raise the tail in an attempt to regain the runway. Upon entering the runway, the right tire seemed to catch, and the aircraft veered right, turning perpendicular to the runway centerline and started heading for the fuel
Island on the west side of taxiway alpha. The pilot applied more right rudder as he crossed the grass
Between the runway and taxiway alpha, entering taxiway alpha at the intersection perpendicular to the right of the fuel island. He then strongly applied the brakes, upon which, the plane stopped and flipped over on its nose.
As the FAA filed it
THE PILOT REPORTED HE EXPERIENCED A STRONG VEER TO THE LEFT AFTER LANDING ON RUNWAY 16 AND THE PLANE RAN INTO THE GRASS BETWEEN THE RUNWAY AND TAXIWAY BRAVO.
