From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Arrived on scene in holt co. Missouri and found aircraft N503GK"s nose section embedded in soft soil at approximately 45 degree angle and inverted. Aircraft was on 240 heading. Debris field was limited to less than 20 foot radius of the wreckage. Six foot of the right wing was severed. Slight smell of fuel on scene and trace amounts in fuel tanks. Leading edges of wings common to fuel cells had numerous sheared rivets which would breach fuel cell.

06/17/2026 Arrived on scene along with representative from manufacturer. Accomplished control cable continuity checks of the flight controls and found continuity on all three axis. Will need aircraft removed from site to conduct inspection of propeller, engine and leading-edge spars of both wings.

06/22/2026 Inspected aircraft propeller. Evidence appeared to not be under power at impact and appeared to be in feathered condition. Two of the three blades were sheared from the hub at the root.
