On August 12th 2026 at approximately 10:30 am, a Spirit engineering SE11 aircraft privacy data omitted was on approach to runway 33 at Windsock Village Airport (NH69 / logan way) in west Ossipee, NH, when witness privacy data omitted observed the aircraft and noted the engine did not sound right. The pilot, privacy data omitted private pilot, airplane single engine land and instrument airplane, third class medical), initiated the landing sequence believing airspeed was appropriate at 60–65 KTS, subsequently bled off additional airspeed, and attempted a three-point landing. The aircraft bounced on touchdown, and the pilot did not initially perform a go-around after misjudging the height of the bounce. On the second bounce, the pilot attempted a go-around, but the aircraft was unrecoverable, pitching forward, striking its propeller, and flipping onto its back. Following the rollover, pilot francis lunn performed an emergency shutdown by switching off the master switch prior to exiting the aircraft with local assistance. Witness glenn mori used a tractor to assist with lifting the aircraft, while witness privacy data omitted contacted EMS. Emergency services transported the pilot to privacy data omitted in stable condition. The pilot reported 2,085 total flight hours with 63.2 hours flown this year, and preliminary msat verification shows no enforcement or accident history within the past 5 years. Weather was reported as calm in laconia (klci) with clear skies, while airport NH69 had no official reportable weather. Physical damage was restricted to the propeller strike and inverted airframe damage. Inter-agency coordination continues between FAA iic privacy data omitted, NTSB investigator privacy data omitted, NH division of aeronautics privacy data omitted, and privacy data omitted of the Ossipee police department privacy data omitted.
