Analysis

The Cessna 150 was taxiing on a runway in preparation for takeoff. As the pilot executed a left turn onto another runway, a Cessna 172, which was taxiing behind, collided with the Cessna 150. The pilot of the Cessna 172 said, 'I started to concentrate on...where I would park...my line of sight was to my left, as I returned my...sight to the right...[the Cessna 150] had turned...in front of us...it was evident we would not stop in time.'
