Probable cause
The pilot in command's failure to maintain directional control.
Sequence of events
NTSB’s coding before 2008: each occurrence and phase of flight, and the causes and factors under it. The codes are defined in NTSB’s coding manual.
Analysis
During the landing roll the aircraft began drifting right and the pilot corrected by applying left rudder and brake. A loss of directional control followed and the aircraft then departed the runway and nosed over.
