What was found
AT GATE, THE CATERING TRUCK OPENED WRONG SERVICE DOOR WHILE SLIDE WAS STILL ACTIVATED. UPON OPENING THE DOOR, THE SLIDE DID NOT DEPLOY. PHX MAINTENANCE FOUND HINGE POPPED OUT OF SLIDE COVER. MAINTENANCE REPAIRED THE COVER AND REINSTALLED SLIDE.
