DURING PREFLIGHT CHECK, FOUND EMERGENCY LIGHTS CHARGER CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPED. RESET CIRCUIT BREAKER AND IT TRIPPED AGAIN. REPLACED A WIRE SHORTING TO GROUND. OPERATIONAL CHECK NORMAL.
