ANTI-ICE VALVE FAILED AFTER 43.2 HOURS AFTER OVERHAUL. VALVE STUCK IN THE OPEN POSITION. SINCE THER WAS NO REPLACEMENT VALVES AVAILABLE A SERVICEABLE AS REMOVED VALVE WAS INSTALLED AND OPERATION BECAME NORMAL.
