DURING INSPECTION THE RIGHT HAND OUTER EMERGENCY LIGHT WAS FOUND INOPERATIVE. THE BULB WAS REPLACED AND A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE UPON INSPECTION COMPLETION.
