What was found
NR 5 EXHAUST RISER HAD SEPARATED FROM ENGINE JUST BELOW THE FLANGE WELD. THE OWNER STATED THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED IN 40 HOURS. REPLACED ALL 3 RISERS AND COLLECTOR.
