EXISTING DOUBLER REPAIR APPROX 11" BY 19", RT LWR FUSELAGE STA 680 TO 692 STRINGER 27R TO 28R REPAIR REQUIRES EVALUATION FOR MAJOR MINER DETERMINATION AND IF THE REPAIR WAS ACCOMPLISHED USING FAA APPROVED DATA. REMOVED AND REPLACED REPAIR DOUBLER PER SRM 53-30-3.
