FOUND NAVIGATION LIGHT BREAKER TRIPPED. FOUND WIRING IN LEFT WING NOT PROPERLY SECURED AND CHAFED WHERE CROSSING THROUGH RIB; THUS, SHORTING CIRCUIT. SUBMITTER STATED THAT IT LOOKS LIKE IT WAS INSTALLED THIS WAY BY FACTORY, NO SIGNS OF CLAMPS. (X)
