PILOT''S LEFT RUDDER PEDAL REPORTED AS ''NOT WORKING''. FOUND RUDDER PEDAL SUPPPORT POST BROKEN OFF RUDDER PEDAL TORQUE TUBE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED ENTIRE TORQUE TUBE ASSEMBLY, LINKAGES, BEARING BLOCKS, AND HARDWARE (BOTH SIDES). (X)
