BOTH THE TOP AND BOTTOM ROLLER TRIM ACTUATORS BECAME INOPERATIVE AT ALT DUE TO FREEZING. SUBMITTER STATED THIS IS THE SECOND OCCURRENCE OF THIS PROBLEM ON THEIR AIRCRAFT.
