AEROQUIP VEE BAND CLAMP CRACKED STRAP BENEATH 'TEE' BOLT. CLAMP SECURED 12TH STAGE DUCT BLANKING PLATE. CRACK ALLOWED CLAMP TO FLEX THEN FAIL. CLAMP AND PLATE EXITED EXHAUST THROUGH BYPASS SECTION. DAMAGE TO BYPASS CASE OUTBOARD OF 12TH STAGE.
