MIR / DTW- RIGHT ENGINE LOST POWER ON TAKE OFF, ABORTED TAKEOFF. FOUND MIXTURE NOT GOING TO FULL RICH BECAUSE OF MIXTURE CABLE BINDING. REMOVED AND REPLACED MIXTURE CABLE . OPS CHECKED GOOD.
