FOUND 8 FT LONG BY 2 INCHES WIDE, RED WEBBING STRAP TIED AROUND THE FOLDED INFLATABLE SLIDE/RAFT. IF THE UNIT WERE TO BE USED IN AN EMERGENCY, THE SLIDE WOULD NOT HAVE DEPLOYED PROPERLY.
