START UP, PILOT PUSHED MIXTURE FORWARD, COULD NOT START LEFT MOTOR OR GET FUEL FLOW. INVESTIGATION REVEALLED MIXTURE KNOB WOULD MOVE, ROD END AT MIXTURE CONTROL DID NOT. FOUND CABLE HOUSING SEPARATED FROM FACTORY CRIMP INSIDE FUSELAGE AT CONTROL COLUM AREA.
