DURING ANNUAL INSPECTION PILOTS SIDE RUDDER PEDALS AND SHAFTS WERE FOUND TO BE BADLY WORN WHERE SHAFT PINS PASS THROUGH THE HOLES. IT IS EVIDENT THAT THIS ITEM IS OVERLOOKED.
