What was found
DURING ANNUAL INSPECTION WE FOUND BOTH DEICE/INSTRUMENT AIR VALVES TO BE BROKEN IN THE SAME PLACE ON BOTH SIDES. THE RELIEF VALVE HOUSING WAS BROKEN AWAY FROM THE REGULATOR AT THE GLUE LINE.
