FOUND BROKEN CYLINDER BASE STUD ON NR 4 CYLINDER. AFTER REMOVING BROKEN STUD, FOUND TWO OTHERS BENT, SENT STUDS FOR EVALUATION TO SEE IF THEY MET DESIGN INTENT. THE STUDS DID NOT MEET SPECIFICATIONS.
