RECEIVED THIS PART FROM CESSNA WITH UNDAMAGED PACKING. THE GROUND LUG WAS BENT, LOOSE AND HAD DAMAGED THREADS. THIS PART WAS PROPERLY PACKED WITH SPRAYED IN FOAM. THIS PART WAS DAMAGED PRIOR TO BEING PLACED IN THE BOX.
