DURING TRIM ADJUSTMENT, PILOT EXPERIENCED AN UNCOMMANDED NOSE DOWN ATTITUDE. GROUND INVESTIGATION REVEALED THAT THE ELEVATOR TRIM SWITCH HAD STUCK IN THE NOSE DOWN POSITION.
