TWO CRACK INDICATIONS ON THE BLADE SHANK. ONE IN THE FILLET AREA AND THE OTHER IN THE BLADE BUTT AREA. INDICATIONS WERE PARALLEL AND 2 TO 3 INCHES IN LENGTH.
