VALVE JUST REPLACED AFTER OVERHAUL. VALVE INOPERATIVE, POPPET VALVE FROZEN OR STIFF TO MOVE . CAN FEEL IT GRIND AND NOT GOING CLOSE AFTER PUSHING POPPET. OVERHAUL PROCESS NOT CORRECT OR NOT ENOUGH CLEAR INTERNALLY.
