THIS IS NEW FROM STOCK AND WAS JUST ORDER FROM MFG. WAS INSTALLED AND THE METER MOVEMENT WAS ONLY .5 OF THE TRAVEL. PART WAS REMOVED AND TESTED ON THE BENCH AND HAD A HIGH AMP DRAW.
