PROPELLER RECEIVED FOR OVERHAUL AT TEARDOWN FOUND OUTER SLEEVE WAS CRACKED ON BLADE S/N 1140. CRACK APPROXIMATELY 4 INCHES LONG. BALDE WAS REJECTED FROM FURTHER SERVICE.
