DURING INSPECTION FOUND RT WING, INBOARD LEADING EDGE BLEED AIR TUBE HEATSHIELD PANEL LOWER MOUNT FLANGE CRACKED APPROXIMATELY HALF WAY LENGTHWISE. THIS IS THE THIRD C-560XL THAT WE HAVE FOUND THIS CONDITION ON. REPLACED THE PANEL WITH NEW.
