IMPULSE COUPLING RIVET BECAME LOOSE IN HUB, ALLOWING INTERFERENCE BETWEEN PAWL AND MAGNETO HOUSING. PAWL HAD WORN THROUGH HOUSING, CRACKING THE MOUNTING FLANGE.
