What was found
DURING ATTEMPTING TO START THE ENGINE, THE STARTER WOULD NOT TURN ENGINE TO START. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN FOUND THAT THE STARTER WOULD NOT START THE ENGINE. REPLACED STARTER AND ENGINE STARTED.
