NR 3 PYLON UPPER LINK TO WING ATTACH FITTING HAS ONE FASTENER THAT HAS ROTATED INBD VERTICAL FASTENER MOST AFT. FASTENER REMOVED, HFEC OF HOLE AND NO DEFECTS NOTED. BOLT REINSTALLED WITH RETAINED BOLT AND NEW NUT.
