HEAT ELEMENT INOPERATIVE, DUE TO BROKEN WIRE AT TIP OF VENT TUBE WHERE IT IS GROUNDED. IT IS CAULED BY IMPROPER PROTECTIVE COATING ON THE WIRE. THE COATING WEARS OFF AND OPENS THE WIRE FROM GROUND. (K)
