CREASE PASSES THROUGH RIVETS IN FRONT OF BLOCK STIFFENER FOR TRIM ACTUATOR FITTING. FONT RIVETS IN BLOCK OVER DRIVEN CAUSING BUCKLE IN SKIN AT RIVETS. SUSPECT INTERNAL BLOCK DAMAGED. POOR WORKMANSHIP AND INSPECTION AT FACTORY. (K)
