DURING ROUTINE PHASE INSPECTION FWD PROP BULKHEAD FOUND TO BE CRACKED NEAR SEVERAL MOUNTING BOLT HOLES. HAVE SEEN THIS SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE. SUSPECT DEFECT IN CURRENT MFG PROCESS. (K)
