RT WINDSHIELD OUTER PANE FAILED IN FLIGHT. THE OUTER PANE IS NON STRUCTURAL AND DID NOT EFFECT THE INTEGRITY OF THE PRESSURE VESSEL. WINDSHIELD WAS SENT TO MFG ENGINEERING FOR FAILURE EVALUATION. (K)
