DURING PREFLIGHT STICK PUSHER WOULD NOT TEST THE FIRST TIME THE STALL WARNING SYSTEM WAS TESTED AFTER APPLYING ELECTRICAL POWER TO THE AIRPLANE. SUBSEQUENT TESTS WERE NORMAL.
