RUDDER TRIM TAB ACTUATOR FITTING IS CRACKED ON LOWER LUG. CRACK EXTENDS FROM BEARING BORE THROUGH THE ENTIRE LUG THICKNESS. CRACK ORIGINATED AT SPOTS WHERE BEARING WAS STAKED INTO LUG.
