RECEIVED NEW CONNECTING ROD BOLTS. ON INCOMING INSP FOUND BOLT HEAD TO BE INAPPROPRIATELY MARKED WITH PART NUMBER AND OUTSOURCE MFG. BOLTS ARE STRETCH BOLTS AND HEAD MARKING INTERFERE WITH THE ABILITY TO MEASURE STRETCH AT INSTALLATION.
