DURING INSTALLATION OF REPAIRED CONVERTER RECEIVED FROM MFG, POWER WAS APPLIED, LT DIGITS WERE UNCONTROLLABLY BRIGHT (ALONG WITH ALL FUEL QUANTITY, EXCEPT TOTAL). ADDTIONALLY, THE RT LED'S WERE ALSO UNCONTROLLABLY BRIGHT.
