What was found
DURING PHASE INSPECTION, INNER STRUT TUBE UPPER CONNECTING PINS WERE FOUND TO BE MIGRATING. THIS IS A KNOWN PROBLEM WITH THE MFG. STRUT WAS REPLACED WITH AN OLD STYLE INNER STRUT TUBE THAT IS BONDED.
