ACFT VENT BLOWER WAS REMOVED BEFORE SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE PERIOD. FOUND THAT THE RESISTORS HAD GONE BAD UPON FURTHER INSPECTION OF VENT BLOWER ASSY. RESISTORS REMOVED AND REPLACED.
