THE RIVET THAT HOLDS THE OPENING CONTACT POINT TO THE MOVEABLE ARM HAS LOOSENED ALLOWING THE ARM TO MOVE BUT THE POINTS DO NOT BREAK CONTACT. THE MAGNETO THEN DOES NOT DELIVER A SPARK.
