PILOT REPORTED THAT DURING FLIGHT, THE LEFT ENGINE UPPER AND LOWER COWLING DEPARTED THE AIRCRAFT CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE LT ENGINE. HORIZONTAL STABILIZER, VERTICAL AND RUDDER STRUCTURES.
