TRUNNION CRACKED AND SEPARATED AT NOSE GEAR SHIMMY DAMPER MOUNTING CASTING. CAUSED NOSE GEAR TO NOT EXTEND WHEN TIRE TURNED SIDEWAYS IN GEAR WELL. RESULTED IN PARTIAL GEAR UP LANDING.
