PILOT REPORTED THAT THE ANTI-COLLISION LIGHTS WERE INOPERATIVE. THE TECH TROUBLESHOT THE SYSTEM AND DISCOVERED THE ANTI-COLLISION LIGHTS FAILED. THE TECH REPLACED THE CIRCUIT BREAKER. NO CAUSE OR RECOMMENDATION AT THIS TIME.
