THE PILOT SAID HE HAD PARTIAL POWER LOSS DURING TAKEOFF/CLIMB. TECH VISUALLY INSPECTED ENGINE AND FOUND THE FLEX HOSE FROM THE TURBO TO THE INTERCOOLER HAD BEEN RUPTURED. REPLACED THE HOSE.
