INTERMITTENT FAILURE OF THE TCAS COMPUTER. A REPLACEMENT UNIT WAS WAS INSTALLED AND TESTED SATISFACTORILY. THE ACFT SUBSEQUENTLY DEPARTED. THE OPERATOR HAS SINCE REPORTED THAT THE TCAS SYSTEM IS INOPERATIVE.
