PUSHROD END SEVERELY DAMAGED SEEN ON EVERY PUSHROD ON THE ENGINE. BELIEVE TO BE DUE TO LACK OF LUBRICATION, MAY CAUSE POWER LOSS OR FAILURE, FOUND ON ALMOST EVERY ROLLER ENGINE DURING OVERHAUL.
